We choose to sell Carrier and Carrier products such as Payne and Bryant. We have installed many brands and choose Carrier because of the warranty rate. When we install a new unit for a person we do not look forward to coming back within the first week to fix the new unit… When that happens it makes the equipment look bad and also our company.

When we come to a customers home or office and find out what the problem is, we always like to go over multiple options about the fix. We don’t just want to tell the customer about the option that we are recommending. We want the customer to have ALL of the options about the repair and be able to take our recommendation about the problem and make their own decision.
Getting the job done right the first time. Making sure that the install or repair for your air conditioning and heating system is performed correctly the first time is very important to us. When we have a part or piece of equipment fail after we have worked on it we put that customer at the top of our list when they call. Promptly fixing the problem after we have been to your home the first time is always a priority for us.
